To qualify for a return under this policy, a maximum of 25% of the product may be used. We will weigh the product to verify compliance with this condition.

Shipping costs

Please note that shipping costs are generally not refunded by us, unless the return is due to an mistake on our part. If this is the case, please contact us via email so we can provide you with a return label.
