Service

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Once your order has been processed by the delivery service, you will receive an email with a track & trace, which allows you to closely follow the shipment. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, please keep this in mind. Due to the busy schedule of the delivery service, delivery can sometimes take longer. Haven't received your order after 7 business days? Please fill out our contact form so we can check it.

How can I change the delivery?

Check with your chosen delivery service or via your track & trace if it is still possible to change the delivery.

Shipping Costs?

We offer worldwide shipping*. See below for the pricing per country.

Countries in Europe
€4.99 shipping costs on all orders.

Countries outside Europe
€14.99 shipping costs on all orders.

*Any additional customs charges have to be paid by the customer.

I missed the delivery, what now?

Are you not at home when the delivery person comes by? Then the delivery service will often deliver your package to your neighbors or a pickup point nearby.

You will be informed of this via the deliveryman's app and by email. Please note that your package will be kept at the pickup point for one week. If it is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to us. Be sure to keep a close eye on your track & trace to avoid extra shipping costs if you still want to receive the package.

There is something wrong with the delivery of my order? Haven't received your order after 7 working days? Please fill in our contact form so we can check it.

How can I return my order?

At RevitalTrax, we strive to provide the best possible products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a return policy to assist you.

Do I shop safely at RevitalTrax?

Online shopping at RevitalTrax is secure. When you order something from us, we ensure that your private information is treated as truly private, in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.RevitalTrax stores your information in a secure database. Of course, the connection you make to our webshop is secured by an SSL connection. We also only use this information to make your purchase process as smooth as possible. Information is only used internally and is not passed on to other organizations for commercial purposes. You can pay and checkout with us securely, our payment processing is through the Shopify platform which is a very reputable party when it comes to online webshop payments and platforms.

Is it possible to sell RevitalTrax in my own store?

At what times can I reach RevitalTrax?

You can reach RevitalTrax Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on weekends.

I have a discount code, where can I enter it?

You can enter a discount code in step 2 of the checkout process, right after you leave the shopping cart. Please note that it is not possible to use multiple discounts at the same time. Discounts are not stackable.

How can I remove products from my shopping cart?

You can also "delete" next to the product name.
